With gazes focused upward and their eyes stuck in deadpan stares – necks nearly ajar at a 90-degree angle – some 20-odd boys and girls gathered around Mark Scheifele as he shared his NHL wisdom.
And a pane of plexi-glass isn’t separating them, nor is a $100 ticket to sit in the nosebleed section, watching from afar. No. This weekend they’re sharing the ice with their hockey heroes – goaltender Michael Hutchinson is here too – in the first annual 24/7 InTouch Mark Scheifele Hockey Camp in support of KidSport
