Eight Winnipeg Jets hopefuls have been sent to to the farm, and one player is returning to his junior club.
Eric Comrie, Kevin Czuczman, Quinton Howden, Brenden Kichton, Scott Kosmachuk, Jan Kostalek, JC Lipon, and Jack Roslovic are all headed to the Manitoba Moose. Howden, Kichton, and Lipon must clear waivers.
Logan Stanley, a Jets late first-round pick in June, is going back to play another season with the Windsor Spitfires in the Ontario Hockey League.
There are more cuts to come, as the Jets have 21 forwards, nine defencemen and three goaltenders left in training camp.
