The Winnipeg Jets trail the Buffalo Sabres, 2-1, after one period of play at the MTS Centre Sunday afternoon.

It didn’t take long for Buffalo to make their presence felt, scoring just 1:37 into the game with a goal from Sam Reinhart. Reinhart netted his 10th of the season with a shot that beat Connor Hellebuyck to the top-right corner.
