Day 2 of Winnipeg Jets development camp ramped up Monday as 35 young players were put through their paces during a morning of fitness and endurance tests at the MTS Iceplex.
The five-day camp continued without a formal practice. Instead, the draft picks and invitees were measured and charted and prodded and pushed as coaches and instructors paid strict attention to their stopwatches and clipboards.
The forwards had an extra session on the ice devoted to faceoffs.
First-round pick Patrick Laine was available to sign autographs for the second-straight day Monday.
