ST. LOUIS — A historic night from Patrik Laine fuelled the Winnipeg Jets to a win they won't soon forget.

The 20-year-old Finnish sniper scored five goals Saturday in leading his team to a 8-4 rout over the St. Louis Blues. Winnipeg snapped a two-game losing streak and finished this four game-road trip at 2-2-0, improving to 13-7-2 overall.

Laine is by far hottest player in the NHL right now, with 11 goals since Monday. That's a good season for many, many players.
