The Winnipeg Jets won a 3-2 shootout decision over the Los Angeles Kings on Sunday at MTS Centre.
Mark Scheifele scored the winning goal in the skills competition.
Tanner Pearson opened the scoring early in the first period, ripping a shot past Jets goalie Connor Hellebuyck.
But Winnipeg would strike back later in the period while enjoying a five-minute power play. Kyle Clifford was given a boarding major after running Jets rookie Kyle Connor.
Adam Lowry tied it up after swatting home a rebound. And then Marko Dano re-directed a perfect pass from Toby Enstrom to give the Jets the lead.
