SAN JOSE, Calif. — The Winnipeg Jets will be fishing for valuable points and looking to stay well above water in the ultra-competitive Central division as they enter the Shark Tank tonight.
Winnipeg (28-13-7) is coming off two straight weekend wins and looking to keep the momentum going as they begin a two-game California road trip. They take on San Jose (26-14-6) tonight in the Bay Area, then head south to play Anaheim on Thursday.
"These guys are playing extremely well right now, so it's going to be a big challenge for us," captain Blake Wheeler said following the morning skate at SAP Center.
