WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State Athletics has added new fan experience elements to Wilkins Stadium this season including outfield general admission bleacher seating and a new videoboard in left centerfield.
"We are thrilled to enhance the gameday experience for our student-athletes and Shocker Nation with these exciting upgrades," said Wichita State Deputy AD Madison Stein-Mason. "The growing support for Shocker Softball has driven these improvements, allowing more fans to be part of the action while elevating a program on the rise. As we eagerly anticipate further enhancements through the Wilkins Stadium Project, the commitment to investing in softball remains steadfast because we believe in its importance and its bright future at Wichita State.
