After losses against the University of North Texas and the University of Texas at San Antonio to end its regular season, Wichita State volleyball got back on track in the American Athletic Conference Tournament quarterfinal game against the University of Tulsa in a 3-0 sweep (25-20), (25-22), (25-22) on Friday night.
The fourth-seeded Shockers improved to 16-13 overall this season after the win and the fifth-seeded Golden Hurricane’s season ended at 18-11 overall.
