WICHITA, Kan. -- Wichita State senior forward Angiee Tompkins was named to the final American Athletic Conference Honor Roll after helping the Shockers record three wins to finish conference play.
The Orlando, Fla., native started with an eight-point, 10-rebound outing in the Shockers' win at SMU on Feb. 17. It marked the second time this season, Tompkins pulled down 10 or more rebounds. She then scored a career-high 24 points on Senior Day vs. Tulane. Tompkins also tied a career high in field goals made (9) and attempted (15). To finish conference play, she had 14 points and eight rebounds at Tulsa.
