BROOKSVILLE, Fla. – Headlined by a top-ten finish by junior Kate Tilma, the Wichita State women's golf team finished eighth at the 2025 American Athletic Conference Women's Golf Championship at Southern Hills Plantation Club.
Two-seed Tulsa easily won the team title, posting an 852 (-12), beating second-place Charlotte by 21 strokes.
Tulsa's Romaine Masserey won the conference individual crown with a 209 (-7) performance, just one stroke better than Charlotte's Jette Schulze who finished second.
For Wichita State, Tilma was far and away the best Shocker at the Championship, finishing tied for seventh place on the individual leaderboard.
