WICHITA – Cessna Stadium saw around 2,500 athletes over the course of three days as Wichita State track and field hosted the 76th annual KT Woodman Classic and Shocker Pre-State Challenge.
The Shockers racked up eight event wins and two event sweeps over the course of the two-day collegiate meet.
Kate Campos and Joseph Holthusen swept the high hurdles for the Shockers with Campos running a personal-best time of 13.86 to win the 100-meter hurdles and Holthusen running an all-conditions personal best of 13.84 (+4.9w) to win the 110-meter hurdles.
