MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – The Wichita State men's tennis team picked up seven total wins this past weekend at the Gopher Invitational.
Stefan Latinovic led the way picking up singles wins against Northwestern, 6-4, 1-0 (withdraw), Denver, 6-7, 6-2, 10-7, and Wisconsin, 6-3, 6-3. Latinovic along with his doubles partner Alex Richards also found doubles wins against teams from Denver, 6-3, and Drake, 6-3.
WSU also battled for wins when Richards defeated a member of the Denver tennis team, 4-6, 6-3, 11-9, and when Rafael Serra and Zach Grueber defeated a Notre Dame doubles team, 7-6.
