WICHITA, Kan. -- The Wichita State's men's and women's track and field teams won the 2017 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championship over three days at Cessna Stadium.

The Shocker women set the meet record for points with 226, while the men had 181.5 points for the titles. Wichita State has now won nine MVC men's titles and 10 MVC women's titles since 1966.
