The Wichita State women's tennis team picked up its third straight victory, downing Abilene Christian, 6-1, in a Friday afternoon dual match on the Wichita Country Club indoor courts.
The Shockers (3-1) breezed through the doubles point and took each of the first five singles matches in straight sets.
At No. 3, Kristina Kudryavtseva battled back from a 5-4 deficit to take the first set and won the second in a tiebreaker.
ACU (3-3) salvaged the final point at No. 5 singles in a third-set tiebreaker.
"We played a complete match, up and down the lineup," head coach Colin Foster said.
