AUBURN, Ala. – The Shocker men's golf team finished their second spring tournament of the year with an underwhelming performance in the Tiger Invitational.
The Shockers finished in 17th, ending with a team score of 951 and 32 strokes over-par. Host and #2 ranked Auburn won the team trophy at 16 strokes over-par and Auburn's J.M. Butler won the individual trophy with a score of 218, two strokes over-par.
It was an early struggle for the Shockers as they fell into an early slump that saw them tumble all the way to the bottom of the standings in round one.
