CARBONDALE, Ill. – Another balanced scoring attack fueled Wichita State to an 87-68 road win at Southern Illinois Wednesday night in SIU Arena.
Five players finished in double-figures for the Shockers led by Conner Frankamp's 14 points – all of which came in the second half. The Wichita native was a perfect 4-for-4 from beyond the arc.
Markis McDuffie and Landry Shamet each scored 13 points, while McDuffie added nine boards and Shamet dished out six assists. Shaquille Morris and Rauno Nurger both finished the night with 12 points.
