Shockers Stay Hot, Down South Florida

WICHITA, Kan. -- Wichita State got four or more kills from six different players and used nine team blocks to fend off South Florida, 25-21, 25-16, 25-21 on Sunday afternoon at Charles Koch Arena.

The Shockers (11-5, 5-1) continued their dominance over South Florida, extending their winning streak to eight in a row against the Bulls. Seven of the eight victories have come in straight sets.

Wichita State kept South Florida (11-7, 5-2) at arm's length for much of the first set, taking the lead at 2-1 and holding it the rest of the way.
