Shockers Seek Ninth-Straight MVC Title

Live Stats

WICHITA, Kan. - The Wichita State men's golf team will head to Prairie Dunes Country Club in Hutchinson, Kan. for the 2016 Missouri Valley Conference Championship on April 25-26.

The Shockers are looking to win their ninth-straight Valley title - which would tie them with Oklahoma State (1947-55) for most consecutive men's golf titles in conference history - and 21st overall. The Shockers' 20 titles are the most by any Valley team, with former member school North Texas in second place with 13. WSU also has won the most individual titles, as 19 Shockers have taken home medalist honors, most recently accomplished last year as Louis Cohen Boyer won last year with a score of 211.
