Live Results | 6K Course | 10K Course The Shocks are back in action after an off week following the American Championships on Oct. 28, the women will run a 6K race starting at 10:45 a.m., followed by the men running a 10K at 11:45 a.m. For the men it will be their first 10K race of the season, following an 8K at the American Conference Championships.
