WICHITA, Kan. - After trailing by four runs after the top of the first inning, the Wichita State softball team climbed back to take the series against ECU with an 11-5 win on Saturday afternoon.
Sydney McKinney and Bailee Nickerson led the Shockers with two hits in three at-bats while driving in three runs each, while McKinney also tied her career high in RBIs. Caitlin Bingham registered her 13th win of the season after pitching the last six innings and striking out four batters.
ECU picked up right where they left off from Friday, starting the game with a leadoff double.
