KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Wichita State women's golf team continues its spring season on Monday and Tuesday, competing in the Kansas City Intercollegiate.
The Shockers are coming off a record-breaking performance at the Red Rocks Invitational, compiling a team score of 875 to beat the previous 54-hole score program record by five strokes. Wichita State came up with a 294 in the third round after totaling a 289 and a 292 in the previous two rounds, both earning places in the top 10 for lowest 18-hole round score.
Head coach Tom McCurdy is electing to shake up the lineup for action Monday and Tuesday, inserting Chiara Arya into the scorecard for the first time since the Johnie Imes Invitational on Oct.
