Stillwater, Okla. – Wichita State's men's tennis team opens their fall campaign this weekend at the OSU Invitational.
Eight Shockers will be matched up against players from Oklahoma State, Nebraska and Tulsa for the three-day tournament.
For the first competition of the season, head coach Danny Bryan would like to see his athletes demonstrate what they've been focusing on in practice.
"We've been working a lot on things from a mental standpoint: controlling our emotions, having routines in between points and thinking about game plan." Bryan said. "If they can go out there and compete, and it's obvious to me that they're trying to do the things that we've been working on, then that would be an extremely successful tournament.
