WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State University baseball team split a pair of games with the UCF Knights at Eck Stadium, Home of Tyler Field, Saturday, April 20, falling in game one, 11-3, before winning game two 6-4. The first contest was resumed Saturday morning in the seventh inning after being suspended Friday evening.
With the victory in game two, the Shockers (20-19, 5-7 American) secured the series win over the Knights (23-17, 5-10 American).
In game one, the Shockers were paced by freshman designated hitter , who went 3-for-4 at the plate, while picked up two RBIs in the contest.
