WICHITA, Kan. – For the second time in three years, the Wichita State softball team has won the Missouri Valley Conference regular season title and will be the number one seed in the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament.
By winning the Missouri Valley regular season championship, the Shockers have received a two-round bye in the tournament and will not play until Friday at 12:04 p.m.
Wichita State finished the regular season with an overall record of 33-19 and 18-6 in the Missouri Valley Conference.
