WICHITA, Kan. -- Wichita State held another opponent to a sub-.100 hitting percentage and got a monster performance from in a comfortable 25-11, 25-13, 25-18 win over Temple on Friday night at Charles Koch Arena.
The Shockers (10-5, 4-1) were dominant in the first two sets, putting up staggering sideout percentages of 90% and 92%, respectively. Wichita State failed to side out just twice combined in the first two sets. Much of that efficiency was due to Rohling, who finished the night with a match-best 15 kills on a .522 hitting percentage, including five terminations on six attempts in the first set.
