Shockers Crush Kansas State in Manhattan

MANHATTAN, Kan. – The Wichita State women's tennis team snapped a three-match long losing streak on Saturday afternoon with a resounding 6-1 victory over the Kansas State Wildcats at Body First Tennis Center.

Wichita State snapped their three-match losing streak and are now 2-4 on the year. Kansas State suffered their first loss of the season and is now 2-1. The win is the Shockers first over a Power Four opponent since March 10, 2023, when the Shockers downed then No. 49 Nebraska, 4-3 on the road.

The match began with three thrilling matches in doubles.
