HOLLISTER, Mo. - Wichita State wrapped up play at the Ozarks National Invitational Wednesday afternoon, finishing the three-day tournament in eighth place.
The Shockers came in at +54 (918), led by senior Louisa Brunt who just missed out on a top 20 finish, tying for 21st. Brunt played her best round on Wednesday, carding a 1-over 73, good for a total of 10-over par (226).
Kenni Henson finished a stroke behind Brunt at 11-over par (227) and tied for 25th. Henson recorded the low round of the tournament for Wichita State in round two when she turned in an even-par 72.
