EMPORIA, Kan. – The Wichita State track and field team earned four event titles, sweeping the 800 meters at the Midwest Classic Sunday in Emporia, Kan.
Farrah Miller moved up to seventh all-time in Wichita State history, winning her second 800-meter race of the outdoor season in 2:10.80, as Iestyn Williams clocked a personal-best 1:51.65 to complete the Shocker sweep of the event. Maria Romero finished third with a personal-best time of 2:13.80.
Adria Navajon also picked up a win on the track, crossing the line in 14.
