WICHITA, Kan. – The Wichita State men's tennis team tallied their second win of the weekend with a 4-1 triumph over the Depaul Blue Demons, at the Roger Knapp Tennis Center, in Des Moines, Iowa. This makes the Shockers an impressive 9-3 on the year.
Danny Bryan's squad will be back in action Sunday as they head to Iowa City, Iowa, to take on the Iowa Hawkeyes at 2 p.m.
Doubles play was intense from start to end with Alex Richards and Elio Lago sealing their second win as a duo over Vito Tonejc and Tamas Zador, 6-3, while Stefan Latinovic and Benjamin Niv fought valiantly, but fell short on court two.
