SEDONA, Ariz.- Shooting an 875 at the Red Rocks Invitational, the Wichita State women's golf team broke the program record for lowest 54-hole score.
The Shockers compiled a 294 after coming up with a 289 and a 292 in the previous two rounds, both earning places in the top 10 for lowest 18-hole round score. Wichita State beat the previous record by five strokes, which was 280 at the Johnie Imes Invitational in 2015.
Hana Mirnik compiled the ninth-lowest 54-hole score in program history with a 217, finishing in a tie for 15th place for her third top 20 finish of the season.
