Wichita State softball coach Kristi Bredbenner is talking through possible lineups, mentioning an infielder shifting here, a freshman fitting there, pitchers who can mash and Laurie Derrico practicing in the outfield.
"We've got some really big decisions to make," Bredbenner said. "We've put (Derrico) in the outfield a little bit just to kind of see what kind of defensive makeup we can put together that provides the largest offensive output. That's the part I think is going to be fun."
