Remarkable Comeback Leads to Seventh Straight Win

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The Wichita State University baseball team scored six runs with two outs in the ninth inning to charge back and tie the game before plating what proved to be the winning run in the 11th inning, to complete a remarkable comeback and defeat the Tulane Green Wave, 12-11, in the opening game of a three-game American Athletic Conference series late Friday night, April 5, at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium.
