USAF ACADEMY, Colo./AMES, Iowa – The majority of the Wichita State track and field team heads to Colorado to compete in the Ralph Lindeman Invitational, while the distance runners travel to Ames, Iowa for the Cyclone Open.
Air Force is playing host to Wichita State, BYU, Cal Poly, Colorado, Long Beach State and Sacramento State Thursday through Saturday, beginning with the multi-event competitions.
The Shockers are sending six men and four women to compete in the heptathlon and pentathlon. Reigning American Athletic Conference indoor and outdoor multi-event champion Adria Navajon is set for his first multi of the season after running a personal-best 8.
