Oleksandr Usyk scored a big upset by defending Anthony Joshua by unanimous decision to claim the WBO, WBA and IBF heavyweight world titles on Saturday at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London.
Usyk (18-0, 13 KOs), 34, of Shypyntsi, Ukraine, a former cruiserweight undisputed champion, was the aggressor from the start of the fight, using his right jab and left hand combination to rattle Joshua a few times.
Joshua (24-1, 22 KOs), 31, of Watford, England, had some good rounds, but every time that he seemed to fight his rhythm, Usyk responded.
More to come .
