WICHITA – Wichita State's Jayla Murray was named to the American Athletic Conference All-Conference Second Team, the conference announced Friday morning.
Murray averaged 12.5 points and 5.4 rebounds for the Shockers and ranks second in the AAC in field goal percentage, ending the regular season shooting 49.7 percent and making the sixth-most total field goals in the league with 166.
The redshirt-junior forward from St. Louis, Mo. is the third-ever Shocker to be named to the All-AAC Second Team, joining Rangie Bessard (2017-18) and Asia Strong (2020-21). 2024-25 AMERICAN ATHLETIC CONFERENCE WOMEN'S BASKETBALL HONORS
