WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State men's tennis clinched the Missouri Valley Conference regular season title with a pair of Drake losses Saturday afternoon, marking the program's third MVC regular season championship in school history.
"This was a real team effort," said head coach Brad Louderback. "I'm real proud of this group. They've faced a lot of adversity with me being out for a couple months and not being able to make a single road trip, losing five 4-3 matches all to ranked teams and then to play without our No. 1 player, Tin (Ostojic), for the last half of the season.
