PALM DESERT, Calif. – After a 115-day layoff, the Wichita State men's golf team returns to action on Friday at the 2022 Wyoming Desert Match Play in Palm Desert, California. The action represents the first tournament of the spring season, which features five invitationals before the American Conference Championship April 22-24.
The field includes eight teams seeded 1-8: San Francisco, Boise State, Colorado, Denver, Wyoming, UTEP, Wichita State, and Air Force. The Shockers open play on Friday against #2 Boise State, with play beginning at 8:48 am CST. Wichita State then takes on the winner or loser of the Colorado-UTEP match at 1:20 pm.
