Final Results Despite having multiple athletes compete unattached, the Wichita State women's track and field program had a strong showing with ten top five finishes in four different events. Junior Kelsey Slawson led the shot put group with a mark of 14.78m/48-6 who took first, second and third.
WICHITA, Kan. - Wichita State's men's track and field team won five events, including multiple top three finishes, to win the Shocker Prelude with 139 points. The women's program had a strong showing in the shot put, pole vault and 600m to finish fourth with 82 points.
