Wichita State is two games behind Cincinnati for first place in the American Athletic Conference standings at the halfway mark in conference play. The Shockers split wins with Houston and defeated Central Florida and Connecticut; they’ve yet to play Cincinnati, who they’ll compete with in a home-and-away, starting at Cincinnati later this month.
The Shockers play a rotation 10-deep, led by the productivity of point guard Landry Shamet and senior center Shaquille Morris.
