WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State freshman middle Natalie Foster was named to the American Weekly Honor Roll following a career-best performance on Sunday against Temple.
The talented freshman from Mattawan, Michigan hammered 18 kills in the four-set win over the Owls, hitting .417 despite logging a career-high 36 attacks. Foster recorded at least three kills in each set, including five in both the first and fourth stanzas. She added three block assists to her ledger as the Shockers extended their winning streak to seven matches.
Foster also added eight kills in Wednesday's road victory over Tulsa, giving her 11 matches this season with eight or more kills.
