WICHITA, Kan. - Women's golf is back in action and they will play at the Rio Verde Invitational from Feb. 21-23 at the White Wing Golf Course in Rio Verde, Ariz., for their first action of the new year.
This will be the ninth year in a row that the Shockers have participated in the Rio Verde Invitational. The team finished seventh out of 18 schools and Hana Mirnik earned her first top 10 finish of her career with a score of 5-over 142 in a shortened tournament due to a snowstorm.
