WICHITA, Kan.- For the sixth week during the season, Wichita State has a player on the conference's honor roll.
Ryleigh Buck was named to the conference's honor roll this past week after hitting .667 in the Shockers' four games.
Buck obtained at least two hits in three out of Wichita State's four outings, driving in five runs in the process. The Wellington, Kan., native tied her career high with three hits on Friday against Houston, leading the Shockers to their first win in conference play.
After opening up American Athletic Conference play, Buck leads the conference in batting average, slugging percentage, on base percentage and total bases.
