After six seasons and 10 posted wins over nationally-ranked opponents, men’s tennis head coach Danny Bryan leaves WSU to return to his alma mater. On Tuesday, Bryan was introduced as Louisiana State University’s head coach.

In 2007, Bryan was an All-American for the Tigers. After his graduation, Bryan remained at LSU for an additional eight seasons as the men’s assistant coach. In 2016, Bryan received the head coach position at WSU.

Throughout his six seasons, Bryan helped guide the Shockers to an NCAA postseason appearance against No. 20 Arizona State in 2021. The NCAA appearance earned the ITA’s Central Region Coach of the Year honor.
