COLUMBIA, Mo.- Senior Gavrilla Arya shot a 54-hole career-low of 216 and finished in fifth at the Johnie Imes Invitational on Wednesday. Arya shot a 74 in the final round, putting her at even par for the tournament.
The Wichita State women's golf team shot the fifth lowest 54-hole score in school history. Their 892 combined score put them in sixth place.
Senior Laine Evans shot a 75 in the final round, putting her in a tie for 22nd. Freshman Hana Mirnik finished in a tie for 32nd after shooting a 77 in the third round.
