AUSTIN – Rayvon Allen recorded the seventh farthest long jump in Shocker history, Saturday afternoon at the 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays at Mike A. Myers Stadium.
Rayvon Allen highlighted the day for the Shockers in Austin, he finished 10th in section A of the men's long jump. On his first attempt, the St. Louis, Mo., native recorded a personal best mark of 7.75m/25-5.25. His second attempt landed at 7.64m/25-0.75 and third attempt at 7.61m/24-11.75. His competition best jump of 7.75m/25-5.25 is seventh best in Shocker history.
Other Shockers in action include two women's relay teams in the 4x200m and 4x100m invitational.
