WICHITA, Kan. – Wichita State athletic director Darron Boatright announced Wednesday morning that women's basketball head coach Keitha Adams has agreed to a two-year contract extension.
Adams is 26-35 in her first two seasons at Wichita State, including a 14-18 mark in American Athletic Conference play. This past season Adams had to replace eight seniors from the 2017-18 season to field the fifth youngest team in the country.
"We are committed to Coach Adams and her continued leadership of our women's basketball program," Boatright said. "Her passion and excitement for Wichita State is contagious.
