KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women's tennis team wrapped up the 2016 Bronco Invite, going 8-0 at West Hills Athletic Club on Sunday.
WMU claimed championships in the top flight with Tracy Kuhle defeating Lewis' Dora Andrejszki 6-3, 2-6, 1-0 (4). Melina Lyubomirova defeated Lewis' Nora Mindiyarova 6-2, 6-4 to claim the Black Flight championship.
"We had a great weekend, we were 35-5 overall," said head coach Ryan Tomlinson. "We lost in the doubles final but won every other flight that we were in. The girls did a nice job of doing the things we have been working on since the last tournament.
