KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan dropped a home match, 4-3, to Ball State on Friday afternoon at Sorenson Courts.
DOUBLES
After dropping a match at No. 2 doubles, the Broncos came storming back to claim the doubles point. The pair of Lola Glantz and Audrey Smitek picked up a convincing 6-3 win at the top spot in the lineup.
Polina Khotko and Frida Weijerman then battled back from down 0-3 to claim a 6-3 victory at the No. 3 spot. That pushed WMU in front 1-0 heading to singles action.
