KALAMAZOO, Mich. – The Western Michigan women’s tennis team will start the journey to try and win its sixth Mid-American Conference (MAC) Tournament Championship in school history on Friday, April 29 with a match against Toledo at 2 p.m. in Oxford, Ohio.
The Broncos come into the match at 17-7 overall and finished 6-2 in the MAC, giving them the No. 3 seed in the tournament. The Rockets enter the match as the No. 6 seed after finishing 9-12 overall and 3-5 in the MAC. WMU won the only matchup this season 5-2 at Toledo and leads the all-time series 38-2 with the Rockets.
